Day 105 {bathtime stampede}

Well today was a bit better than yesterday. The good news is the RAV-4 has been temporarily fixed and the bad news is it sounds like we are in a "this might work but drive it until it dies just in case and then fix it" situation. Whatever. It was bound to happen at some point. We'll sit and wait and make use of the CAA that we pay all that money for.

Here are some pictures of my daughter who was in a good mood for most of the day. That is until I had to carry her from the library tonight kicking, screaming and crying. Not fun.

This is her getting to ready to go for a walk with her Nana this morning.

And back when she wasn't miserable, she wanted to play princess dressup with the boys again. This is Beyonce (Owen).

He wasn't really into it.

Rihanna on the other hand would have worn his all day if he could have.

Bathtime was early today. This is typical bathtime. The stairs are usually gated so when the boys hear they get to go up the stairs it's like a stampede.

Owen has spotted Daddy coming in the door from work. It looks like Ethan is behaving and going straight for the bathroom. Not the case. That's Scarlett's dog bone he's headed for.

Bathtime can be done by one person if the top of the stairs is gated, the bedroom doors are all pulled in and you have a free leg to drape over the toilet lid to keep the kid not in the bath out of it. Luckily Jason got home as we were heading up so thankfully he was able to help.

And that was it. Not a great day. Not a bad day either, other than specific moments. My soap opera didn't make me want to gouge my eyes out. The Jehovah's Witnesses didn't return. Today was pay day. I am still having a love/hate relationship with Facebook and I think today I finally figured out why. I think that a couple of my "friends" on Facebook have multiple personalities and are scaring me a bit as their status updates sound like they are arguing and swearing at their many personalities. A quick tweak to my facebook news feed has solved that problem so there is my one victory for the day.

Thanks for looking!

GREAT photos today Jennifer! Love the boys dressed up as Beyonce and Rihanna. Great angle on the photo of the boys crawling in the hallway.

Love the pics today, Jen - they are so fabulous! Those poor boys! Just wait til they get older! :)

Love the one of the boys crawling up the stairs. I don't know how you managed to get a shot of it, as they move so fast now!

Great pictures, I too love the angel on the bath-time pictures! It really feels like we are in on the action. :)

Glad that your car is working again, I'll keep my fingers crossed that the fix continues to work!

You certainly can capture fabulous pictures Jen! Those two little "princesses" do move quickly so you must "move quicker"! I can't imagine that you would have to carry Ava out of the library!

I can totally relate to carrying a child out of a public place :) Just think of the stories we can tell them when they get older. Like everyone else I love the angle of the pic up the stairs.
