Day 57 {shake shake}

Thursday, 26 February 2009

Here is Ava at breakfast. She insisted on wearing her tutu to breakfast and brought treasures to the table including her favourite book, her golden retriever Tia and a package of microwave popcorn she swiped from the cupboard.

Later in the morning we went to the doctor. I took some pictures with my cell phone but they are really bad so I'm not posting those. On to the rest of the day.

Ava and I played paper dolls:

Unfortunately the paper doll was almost decapitated by the boys two seconds after she was punched out.

The paper doll's wardrobe. Since when do the outfits not punch out? I had to cut these all by hand. Thanks a lot dollar store.

As usual, there was some dancing. This is Ava dancing to her new favourite song: Shake It by Metro Station. I'm pretty sure I have pairs of shoes that are older than the boys in this band, but I must admit it's pretty catchy.

Auntie M came for a visit and she brought treats!

Unfortunately the search for my free car continues. Something tells me it won't fit three car seats though...

M played pat-a-cake with Owen.

That was about it. Sorry for not posting Portuguese pancake pictures yet, Tara! Hearing how much work they are, I have decided not to make them until Saturday. Pictures and recipe to follow on the weekend. I meant to mention that last night but I was having a hard time keeping my eyes open and went to bed right after I posted my pictures.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks for a fun afternoon! I had a blast! I will have to get those pics from you! Did Ava read a few stories from the Munschworks treasury? Big hugs and kisses to everyone!

Oh Jen, I absolutely love the picture of Mel with one of the boys. It's awesome and they are both smiling. I also love the little wiggle in Ava's bum. You can tell she's dancing.
