Today my parents got back from a long weekend away so they came over to visit the kids. I didn't take many pictures and the ones I took weren't very good as I didn't have much light to work with (and anybody who knows me knows how much I hate using my flash...).

Owen with my mom. It's funny. These pictures show the boys' differences perfectly. Ethan is more serious like Jason but he looks like me and is stubborn like I am. Owen is more adventurous like Jason was as a child and looks exactly like the McDougall side of the family, but he has my personality. They are identical twins but when you really know them, for as much as they are similar they are very different.
My dad does an impression of a gorilla. He's done it for as far back as I can remember and it's hilarious. The last time he did it was about a year ago and it scared Ava to death and she cried and told him to stop. Now she thinks it's hilarious and begs him to do it over and over.
