Day 40 {exercise class}

Tonight I started a six week exercise class. I don't own a yoga mat, so I had to stop and get one on the way home from work.



I don't know much but this I do know:

1. I don't care if it's before Labour Day or not - the last thing the lady in this picture should be wearing with her black exercise outfit is white socks.

2. The yoga mat, which is supposed to be relaxing and comfortable as you lie on your chest with only 3 mm of foam between you and a surface as hard as Mariah's behind was obviously invented by a man or a very flat chested woman.

3. I've never done martial arts moves before and we did a pile of them tonight, so it won't be pretty when I get out of bed tomorrow morning.

That's great you signed up for the class! Maybe they will have one in the spring that I can join. I have a little bit thicker mat that you can borrow for the six weeks, I don't need it and you could maybe double the two up. Let me know. Sara

So nice to see everyone while in Cuba. The boys are really growing up. Miss Ava is still as hilarious as ever. We miss them so much.
Will be home in less than 24 hours.

I started back at yoga a couple of weeks ago and am still borrowing a yoga mat from the centre. Good luck on the class.
