Day 47 {pancake tuesday}

Pancake Tuesday has definitely changed now that my grandmother is gone. While Aunt Jemima made an appearance occasionally over the years, we always had her homemade Portuguese pancakes to look forward to . I made them last year and planned to make them again this year but as you will see, plans for this coming weekend changed and definitely not for the better.
