Have you ever had a spot you've come across where you've thought "I should take pictures here some day." I do it all the time and today I managed to cross one of those locations off the list.
This afternoon, I gathered a group of willing participants with the help of my good friend Lisa and we went out for an afternoon photo shoot. My apologies in advance because I am going to go crazy with pictures here.
Towards the end of our shoot I went to the other side of the barn and discovered the following.
Please GOD tell me their dog's name was Momma.
It was at this exact point that we left.
Next stop: walking to the windmills again along the old rail line and past the sewage lagoons. The walk there had to have been at least 2 km each way and Lisa and I carried the boys most of the way there and back.
Now for four years I've been blogging and every day I wonder what will I take a picture of and what on earth am I going to talk about today. Some days are a challenge and then there are days like this where this blog practically writes itself.
I don't usually give a name to my photographic creations, but this one seems fitting. So without further ado, I give you:
Wait for it....
Cue the Marvin Gaye...
Drum roll please...
Sewage lagoon love.
SERIOUSLY?! What is wrong with people?!

The cross, my Mama has one on the side of the road.
Your photos are gorgeous. I would love to see more! :)
Those pictures at the barn are awesome! Love the rain boots photo. I hope that Momma was a dog.
