A big thank you to everyone who participated in this weekend's Fabulous Friday challenge! I am so sorry I wasn't able to comment on everyone's post. The weekend was crazy.
It was a tough decision again to pick the top five and once again Andrea and I were split on the winners. It makes me wish we had a top ten! (On a related note, is anybody else having problems posting code for their buttons? I've been having major problems. The second I save my posts, the greater than and less than signs in the code turn into &'s and letters. It's really frustrating.)
Here are the top five:
Check out this awesome shot by Brooke. The colours are absolutely beautiful. You should check out her weekly recaps. Her photos are always so fun and very inspirational as she manages to find something interesting each day. Anybody who has ever done Project 365 knows that this is easier said than done.
Dana submitted this beautiful silhouette of her sister's graduation. I absolutely love it and it makes me want to go out and do a sunset photo shoot right now. Silhouette shots are on my to do list should this rain ever come to an end. Great shot, Dana!
This shot by Nancy is both beautifully composed and beautifully edited. The processing is absolutely perfect.
Amanda made the mix for a second week in a row. I have no idea where this shot was taken but I want to see more! Love, love, love this because it's interesting and fun and the light is absolutely brilliant.
And the winner is...Danyelle.
Danyelle took this beautiful shot of her grandmother. Andrea loved the story and the black and white conversion and I was able to relate to the story behind the photo as I also have a grandmother whose memory is starting to fade. This is such a beautiful capture.
Make sure you grab your buttons:

This was taken in an old silo... the whole 'homestead' looks like it's been torn down by tornado, time, and elements for the past 100 years or so.
I love it!
