My mom makes the best bread pudding. It's my favourite.
Last night my mom delivered a pyrex full of it and the kids and I had small pieces after dinner. I don't know how long it will be before I get another one so I like to savour it.
Later, after the kids went to bed, I was sitting upstairs and I heard a noise. The second I heard it I knew what it was. I ran downstairs to find the dog with her front paws on the counter. She had nosed the foil out of the way and was chowing down on my bread pudding.
