Today is my beautiful Ava's sixth birthday. She has been sick with a cold and fever and missed school for the second day in a row today. Instead of going to school, she spent the day with grandma.
Ava: Mommy, can I have a juice box?
Me: You're sick, sweetie. You can have anything you want.
Ava: Are you going to tell Grandma that I can have anything I want at her house?
Here is Ava's choice for dinner. KFC poutine and popcorn chicken and the poor thing ate very little. :(
