The soccer opener was tonight. Anybody who is surprised that my boys are on different teams has never met my boys.
First of all, Ethan and Owen are obsessed with the colours blue and green. It dates back to them being infants as we used to colour code their clothing so people could tell them apart. Secondly, you've seen what happens when they are on the same team.
They beat the hell out of each other.
Overall, the first night went well. The only thing that would make it better is if I could figure out a way to watch three games at once.
And newsflash! If you take your kids to Tim Hortons in their jersey after their game they will give them each four free Timbits.
Unfortunately it doesn't cover chocolate milk to wash it down, tea and coffee and the blueberry fritter that's going to go straight to my ass. Damn you Tim Hortons.
