Apparently you can teach a dog new tricks. Tonight the kids and I biked with Scarlett to the park. It was my first time riding my bike with her on the leash and at ten years old this was a first for her.
It went well
until I got a little too cocky and started multitasking. I started driving with one hand while taking pictures. Two pictures in, she slammed to a halt to do her business, almost pulling me from the bike.
Thankfully we all made it home alive.
