Welcome to Fabulous Friday! Thanks for joining in. I can't believe it's been a week since I last blogged. I am on vacation this week and had these big plans to catch up on my blog and it hasn't happened yet. I still have a few days left, so there's still hope.
I've still been taking pictures though. This weekend my sister-in-law taught me some tips and tricks to backlit photography. I haven't done many of them and the ones I have done have met with disaster. It seems the key is for the photographer to be in the shade of the evening light and the subject to be in the path of the setting sun but not directly in front of it. Spot metering also helps, although I had positive results using both spot and evaluative metering. Here's the result:
Just a reminder that I have a new Facebook page. I've been posting recent work and links to photographers who link up!
Have a great weekend everyone! A reminder of the rules:
1. The picture has to be taken by you (and feel free to have more than one shot in your post!).
2. Link up using the link to your individual blog post and not your main blog address.
4. Please include the Fabulous Friday button (below) in your post to link back to my site.
5. Leave feedback for five other participants. Let them know what you think!
